Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options for orders within the United States: Standard shipping and Expedited shipping via USPS. For international orders, we offer shipping via USPS or DHL. USPS International has 3 options: First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, and Priority Mail International.

Shipping Times

Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out via the selected shipping method. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected, but generally take up to 7 business days for delivery within the United States. International shipping may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your order, as well as your shipping address. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All packages are shipped with insurance to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If a package is lost or stolen, we will work with USPS to submit a claim. We will then either refund your money or work on getting you a new package sent out.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns.
